These terms apply to the website ecomcart-eu.wdteam.co. By using the website, you agree to them.

1. Service provider

This information is provided in accordance with the Law on Information Society Services (Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums).

2. Use of the website

The website may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree:

• not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the server;
• not to interfere with the operation of the website, including through automated bulk data collection without our written permission;
• not to send spam or unlawful content through the forms, and to provide truthful information.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, images, design, logos) is protected by the Copyright Law (Autortiesību likums). It belongs to WD Team, SIA or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Some photographs come from free image libraries and are used under their licences. Content may be quoted with a reference to the source. Republishing for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

4. Information and enquiries

Information on the website about services and prices is for information purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. An enquiry or message sent through the website does not create a contract; it is an invitation to get in touch. Prices are shown incl. VAT.

5. Liability

We strive to keep the website running without interruption and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruptions or errors. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of information available on the website unless they are caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation does not restrict the consumer rights established by law. We are not responsible for the content of other websites to which we link.

8. Applicable law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply. We first try to resolve disputes through negotiation: write to klienti@nomasveikals.lv, and we will reply within 15 working days. A consumer may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC) (Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission (Patērētāju strīdu risināšanas komisija). Either party may bring the matter before a court of the Republic of Latvia.
